Validation of purchase

Once you have finished selecting products, check your cart, where you can add more or remove products according to your preference. If you are not logged in yet, enter your shipping information and select the desired payment method.

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a summary of your order on screen and also by email.

Delivery of products

The delivery time is determined by the selected transport company. Under normal conditions, the shipment will be made within the period indicated during the purchase process. Prices and offers

All prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs throughout Spain are free for orders over €30. For shipments outside Spain, an amount will be charged for the management of the shipment of the product.

Any offers or promotions will be clearly stated. In the event of abnormally low prices due to errors, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.

Shipping preparation time

We will normally prepare your order for dispatch within approximately 24 hours, subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortages, we will inform you and seek an alternative solution.

Returns

Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if you wish to make changes before shipping, please contact us at inf@nutrabetter.com. For returns due to defective products or withdrawal, please follow the steps indicated in our returns policy available on our website. The return costs will be borne by the seller.

All products purchased at www.nutrabetter.com can be returned and refunded, provided that the intention to return them is indicated within 14 calendar days of receipt, and that the other conditions defined below are met:

Defective goods

NUTRAHEALTH EUROPE SL is responsible for limiting the occurrence of defective products. In the event of compliance with the money-back guarantee, the refund or credit of the amount paid will be returned to the purchaser of the product, deducting in all cases the transport costs.

In the event that the order has been tampered with (shipping box opened, broken, empty or any other situation that does not offer the security that could legitimately be expected, taking into account all the circumstances and especially its presentation, the reasonably foreseeable use of the same and the time of its sale), in the event of compliance with the money-back guarantee, the amount paid to the buyer of the product will be refunded or credited. The costs of this return will be borne by the seller.

Steps to follow:

  1. Please take a photo of the product so that you can see any damage caused by transport and/or any flaws in the product.
  2. Please contact our customer service team with all product details by email at inf@nutrabetter.com.
  3. Once we receive the email, we will contact you to process the return and tell you how to proceed.
Refund for withdrawal

For return shipping, the same cardboard box used to receive the product must be used, to ensure that it is well protected. If this box is not available, the customer must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives in good condition at our warehouses.

Returned products must be unused and in the condition in which they were delivered, that is, with all original packaging, manuals and accessories.

Amounts paid for the item(s) will be refunded.

Under no circumstances will they be returned if they have been opened.

Once we have received the request to exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product or products. The return request must be submitted within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the time of receipt. The refund will always be made through the same payment method used by the customer. The return costs will be borne by the seller.

Include a copy of the invoice in the shipping box, marking the products shipped.

Steps to follow:

  1. Please contact inf@nutrabetter.com with all product details via email.
  2. Prepare the package for return as indicated in the previous section.
  3. Once we receive the email, we will contact you to process the return, telling you how to proceed.
What will NUTRAHEALTH EUROPE SL do?

Once we have received the products, we will examine them and then inform you whether or not you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the product(s) purchased.

We will refund the purchase price once we have verified that the reason for the return is correct and is not due to negligence on the part of the buyer.

The return process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5 days from the date of receipt of the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, that is, if the purchase was made by credit card, the amount to be returned will be paid on the same card; if the purchase was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Returns will not be processed for products that are not in the same condition as when they were received or that have been opened.

All sizes and formats of the products that appear on our website are subject to some variation due to a change in presentation or minor adjustments in the formulation. A short period of time may elapse between receiving new items and updating the information on the website. Since it is the same reference, we do not process returns in these cases.
